Step # 1: Professional Google Adwords Account Set-Up:

Custom account set-up services you will recieve:

• Adgroup(s) set-up by location (if applicable):  National or International or US local
• A minimum of 50 keywords (if applicable) in each unique ad group. You’ll get a full keyword analysis and research including negative keywords, keyword organization, what words your competition is having success with, geographically based key words, misspelled keywords, etc. Our goal is to generate as many keywords for your campaigns as possible.
  
• Tracking Code installed on your website by your webmaster
  
• Landing page review to ensure your page(s) are best positioned to covert the traffic.
  
• Write 2 unique ad combos based on your hottest or most trafficked keywords.
  
• Budget spend set-up for daily, weekly & monthly spending goals & caps.
  
• Campaign review by you before launch to ensure that all of your criteria and goals are aligned to ensure maximum effectiveness at launch.

Step # 2: Daily Management of Your Google Adwords Campaign

Management Services Provided:  A minimum of 10 hrs monthly is spent on your account

Terms of Service:

• The Undersigned Client applies for the Google AdWords Management service as indicated above for period of (3) months.  
   
• The term of this service agreement will begin on your order date.  The term shall automatically renew for the same period of time for the initial term unless, within 30 days of the end date of your initial 3 month term, either party notifies the other by written notice of its decision to terminate this Agreement.
  
  
• Kinetica Media, LLC does not control and or guarantee results based on Google or search engines performance, nor do we use any method or strategy that would be deemed unlawful by search engines. 
  
  
• Client will pay by credit card, the total monthly management subscription fee and as indicated in this agreement.  Google charges weekly for all clicks incurred within that week. One-time set-up fee is charged upon receipt of your account & our monthly management fee is charged the day your campaign is launched live in Google, then on this same day monthly thereafter. 
  
  
• Client agrees to pay the management fee for the full duration of this initial agreement regardless if client’s campaign has been stopped or paused for any reason.
  
  
• All payment obligations of Client shall survive expiration or termination of the Agreement, as shall the parties' rights and obligations.  If the Client sells their business to another party or closes the business, while still under contract, the Client honors the obligation to pay the balance still outstanding in this agreement.
  
  
• Guarantee:  It can take up to 3 months (the industry average) to optimize a pay-per-click advertising account for success. If we do not increase traffic or you are not satisfied within 3 months, terminate our services immediately and we will refund the 3rd’s month management fee no questions asked.
  
  
• We will never sell your data or account information.
